Hit and Run on Casino Ridge Road , Yorba Linda, CA ..
At 21660 Casino Ridge Rd.(Near the top of CR) On 4/21/10 a Black Mustang crashed into a Homeowners parked white Bronco. The Occupant/s of the Black Mustang abandoned the vehicle and left the scene. The owner of the Bronco discovered the damage approx. 7AM on 4/21/10. The crime happened between 10 PM on 4/20 and 7 AM on 4/21/10 . If you know anything about this crime or heard anything that evening.. please contact Jack Williams our Property Manager. This is our second Hit and run crime in two years.

lockable mailboxes special assessment
Description:
The special assessment letters are going out in the mail today for the new lockable mailboxes in our community. Please be sure and turn in your ballot by the date on the letter . A sample of the new locking mailboxes was displayed at the last HOA meeting in April. Of the 25 homeowners that were in attendance everyone voted YES to the new mail boxes. This will eliminate future problems with U.S. Mail theft in our neighborhood.

Numerous Homeowners for MSAHOA met with the Yorba Linda Planning commission on 4/23/08. Ref. Kings Tract
The Yorba Linda Planning Commission voted 3/2 to continue the hearing until 5/14/08. This will give the MSAHOA the needed time to meet with the Kings Property Owners and representatives and work out the details for annexation into the MSAHOA. If the Kings are not able to file the new tract map by 12/28/08 . The proposed map will expire with no other extensions.

The Kings will be trying to obtain another(Final) extension for the tract of 11 parcels at the top of Casino Ridge Road. Please contact Renee at Top Notch for more information
HOA Major Concerns
1) The HOA doesn't want out PRIVATE road Casino Ridge Rd. ripped up to install the Storm drains down to Hawkeye Ridge Rd. We are asking the storm drains we routed down the back canyon.
2) The HOA is very concerned with the timing on when the Kings want to Join the HOA. The HOA is asking that they join prior to any Grading Permits being issued by the city of Yorba Linda
3) The HOA is asking for Improvement bonds being issued to the HOA not the city of Yorba Linda.
4) The HOA is asking that the lots be developed with finished homes ...(all at the same time) Not over the next 10-20 years
5) The HOA is asking that the 48,000 yards of fill dirt directly over Hawkeye canyon be certified SAFE by a geotech. We also want the King's to obtain a liability policy for this (non Permitted fill dirt) and name the HOA as an additional insured.The city of Yorba Linda has never issued a stock pile permit for this large amount of stored fill dirt.
